Ah, such a smooth, fitting beat. I can't find a flaw in your lyric delivery, there's definitely emotion in a controlled rhythm. I'd download this in a heartbeat if I were a hip-hop person.

Blasphem-E responds:

Thanks AquariusCyclone! It's good that you could enjoy the song even if you aren't a hip hop person

Nice arrangement. It sounds sad but pleasantly natural.
Sorry man, I didn't see the theme you gave in the tune. But not to say others won't.

SuperShadowIV responds:

I still really appreciate your feedback, thank you. <3

The rhythm and bounce of the tune is there, especially at thirty seconds in. The chord progression contributes to the mood and the whole thing sounds consistent and exciting. But the treble sounds a bit harsh to me, and the grinding of inharmonious square waves put me off a little rather than contribute to the maddening tone.

mrcoolisimo responds:

That could be a problem with how i design my instruments that i could work on... thanks for the input

It works.

Not repetitive, and full of sound throughout.

piggemz responds:

such a nice praise, i thank yeh

Your guitar sounds a bit robotic to me. I suggest some sliding/vibrato. Although if you used a VST then never mind. It's a cool song.

jambrother2 responds:

no the guitar's all real, i DI'd it so its running through a software thing aaand iv just realised half the vocals are too quiet, I'm gonna have to fix that, thank for the review!

This is so uplifting! It may have some melody awkwardness such as at 0:36, but the instrumentation and mastering are, at least to me, impeccable. Nice use of the piano. You have another fan.

Aviru responds:

Thanks!

This is either a pretty nice samurai piece or a nice little dance sample, but I don't think it can be both. The bass doesn't fit the samurai theme. The drum beat is pleasing to hear, although the fills are a bit drawn out.
It's fresh, though. It's nice to hear a unique piece every once in a while, especially one that modernizes nonwestern music.

swordsofe responds:

This is kind of what happens when you take two styles then divide by zero to make cool music that no one has tried before. Thanks for checking it out!

I think this is fantastic. The sample choice and panning incorporate the psychedelia. I like the sample used for the ambient melody at :11, even though I think the last two notes of the 9-note melody are somewhat unnecessary and distracting. But that doesn't ruin the ambiance at all. I like the length and structure, and the drums in the second half are a great touch. I like the variety. The recycling of the melodies and the abrupt ending don't tarnish the unique mood of this peace too much; it's quite a collage of pleasant sounds. Bravo.

pitbulljones responds:

Thank you for the review AQ. Always glad that people like my music. I'll take note of those 2 notes, see if I can change them up. Some great points made.

Peace and Hugs,

Pitbulljones

Nice variety. But where's the bass? Some of the cymbals don't fit too. That aside, this seems like a nice progressive metal sample.

HighBallers responds:

lol....my bass is GONE. yes, i agree need better drum kit but i just use this one for fun.
